These tiny little munchies are packed with tons of antioxidants that increase the fat-burning hormone known as adiponectin. These hormones also improve metabolism, as well as curve cravings and reduce inflammation.

Basically, fruits rich in vitamin C or the so-called citrus fruits like oranges, limes, lemons, grapefruits, and tangerines all fall under this category. These fruits contain fat burning properties and fibre that help speed up the burning process. This is done by the dilution of fat in the vitamin which makes it less effective and assists the releasing of fats from the body. Pineapples, blueberries, cantaloupes and peaches are also good in burning fat. See, shedding extra pounds don’t have to be the most burdensome activity in the planet.
